As an AI Engineer , you will: Design, estimate and implement agentic AI workflows, integrating LLMs with APIs, tools, and external systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. Collaborate with clients and business teams to clarify requirements, provide technical consultation, and perform estimations to design feasible AI solutions aligned with business and technical objectives. Collaborate with engineering teams to manage data pipelines including data ingestion, preparation, and labeling when applicable and implement, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy ML/LLM models into production Drive AI architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments Establish measurable standards of AI output quality (accuracy, consistency, factuality, relevance) and ensure delivery meets or exceeds the performance metrics committed to clients Implement model validation and evaluation frameworks, including automated testing, human-in-the-loop feedback, and continuous performance monitoring to guarantee predictable outcomes Stay current with emerging AI, LLM, and agentic technologies, evaluating their applicability to business use cases. Mentor and inspire a high-performing AI engineering team, fostering innovation, responsibility, and excellence Oversee MLOps and CI/CD pipelines to enable stable releases and rapid iteration cycles WHO YOU ARE: #Experience Requirements Mandatory Skills: MUST: At least 4 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience deploying AI solutions to production. Hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., RAG, Vector Databases, LLM Fine-tuning, Stable Diffusion, Agentic AI Systems) Skilled in one or more technical domains: Computer Vision, NLP, Machine Learning, Audio Processing, Deep Learning Strong Python skills with solid software engineering fundamentals and practical experience in deploying and maintaining ML/AI systems in cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) Solid understanding of MLOps workflows (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, retraining, monitoring) Familiar with data engineering concepts Proven experience in bidding, solution consulting, or pre-sales for AI-related projects.
