1. Learning Need & Program Design: ● Identify capability gaps and learning priorities with business and stakeholders. ● Translate business need into appropriate learning solutions with clear objectives, target audiences, delivery approaches, and evaluation methods. 2. End-to-end Training Management: ● Manage learning programs from planning and coordination through delivery and follow-up. ● Coordinate multiple programs and stakeholders while ensuring quality, timeline, and learner experience ● Manage internal trainers, external vendors, and learning partners. 3. Vendor & Budget Management: ● Source, evaluate, and propose vendors based on qualifications, relevance, and commercial effectiveness. ● Manage proposals, negotiations, expenses, and approval recommendations. 4. Learning Measurement & Analytics: ● Define learning effectiveness measures and maintain accurate learning data. ● Analyze results and prepare dashboards, reports, and improvement recommendations 5. Learning Process & Governance: ● Develop and improve L&D policies, workflows, templates, and standards. ● Ensure learning records, assessments, commitments, and related processes are consistently managed. ● Generate reports based on up-to-date requirements and/or on a regular periodic basis. 6. Digitalization: ● Use learning platforms and digital tools to improve delivery, administration, and learner experience. ● Build and improve trackers, dashboards, workflows, and learning databases. [Requirements] ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or other related fields. ● 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related HR function, with proven ownership or end-to-end learning programs. ● Good knowledge of Learning Needs Analysis, training design, and evaluation ● Strong stakeholder and project management skills ● Good data analysis and reporting skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. ● Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets and PPTX/Google Slides. ● Detail-oriented, communication, stakeholder management, teamwork spirit, and learning agility.
