Provide senior technical expertise for the CargoWise platform, supporting Ben Line logistic product ongoing digital transformation across Operations, Finance, integration, and automation. The role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable CargoWise technical solutions, integrations, configurations, and system improvements while ensuring platform stability and technical governance. Work closely with Operations, Finance, Technology, country teams, and external partners on strategic CargoWise and digital transformation initiatives. Be empowered to manage end-to-end technical projects, from requirement analysis and solution design through development, testing, implementation, and Go-Live. The role offers broad exposure to CargoWise configuration, integration, automation, and enterprise systems, with opportunities to influence technical standards and the future CargoWise roadmap within Ben Line Group. Act as a senior CargoWise Technical SME for configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and solution design. Design and implement technical solutions using CargoWise capabilities including eAdaptor, XML/API, Workflow, Registry, Document Customization, and system configuration. Lead/support integration projects between CargoWise and NetSuite, customer/vendor systems, government platforms, and other enterprise applications. Translate functional/business requirements into sustainable technical solutions and architecture. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex CargoWise issues. Support technical delivery across SIT, UAT, deployment, Go-Live, and post-implementation support. Research new CargoWise features and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and better system utilization. Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, security/access controls, and technical governance. Lead assigned technical projects, managing scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination. Work closely with Functional Specialists, Operations, Finance, Technology teams, and external partners. Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other CargoWise team members. [Requirements] Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. CargoWise certification or relevant technical certifications are an advantage. Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on CargoWise experience, preferably in a technical, integration, or system administration role. Strong knowledge of CargoWise configuration, eAdaptor/API/XML integration, Workflow, Registry, and technical administration. Good understanding of freight forwarding operations and CargoWise operational/finance workflows. Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and technical solution design. SQL/database, reporting, Power BI, or middleware experience is an advantage. Experience managing or leading technical implementation projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work independently across multiple countries, projects, and business functions. Fluence in English
