[Requirements] • Chinese at business working level — roughly HSK 3-5. You can hold a call with a purchasing team, read a specification, and write a formal email or WeChat message in Chinese • College degree or higher — Chinese Language, Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business or a related field • 1years in order processing, customer service or sales admin preferred — fresh graduates with strong Chinese and a can-do attitude are very welcome • Comfortable with numbers — you can read a cost history and explain how a price was built • Organised and detail-oriented — you follow a document set through to the end, across two languages • Confident in Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables) ✅ Nice to have • Experience serving Chinese-invested manufacturers in Vietnam, or having worked inside one • Hands-on experience with an ERP order or inventory module • Familiarity with EPE / on-the-spot import-export documentation
