The Finance Senior Manager is responsible for the financial management of the Company’s overseas subsidiaries, with the objective of optimizing business efficiency and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Financial Modeling
• Develop, maintain, and update Business Models and Financial Models for overseas subsidiaries.
• Support decision-making related to pricing, expansion, investment, and operational optimization.
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
• Lead the budgeting process for assigned subsidiaries, including budget planning, monitoring, and control.
• Establish and oversee approval authorities and expenditure control mechanisms to ensure compliance and efficiency.
3. Management Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Prepare and continuously improve monthly financial reports.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify variances, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate management meetings to present monthly financial result and call for action to improve financial result; discussion on risks and opportunities; alignment on operational topics.
4. Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management
• Develop and manage Financial Plans and Cash Flow Plans for overseas subsidiaries.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity while maintaining effective capital utilization.
5. Cost Norms & Spending Limits Management
• Develop, manage, and monitor cost norms, spending limits, and operational thresholds for assigned subsidiaries.
• Regularly assess the appropriateness of norms against actual operational conditions and purchase requests against budget
6. Business Plan & Policy Review
• Review and evaluate Business Plans and Commercial Policies of overseas subsidiaries.
• Assess financial feasibility, profitability, risks, and alignment with the Company’s overall strategy.
5. Financial Optimization
• Proactively manage and optimize financial performance, cost efficiency, and resource to allocation of the subsidiaries.
• Recommend initiatives to improve profitability and cash efficiency.

[Requirements]
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIA, PM, etc.) are strong advantages.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting;
• Experience in ride-hailing/taxi, logistics or FMCG industries is a plus.
• Proven experience working in large-scale organizations (500+ employees) or Big4 audit firms is an advantage.
• High integrity, proactive, open-minded, and eager to learn; willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Hands-on mindset with readiness to work deeply with detailed data and closely support operations at grassroots levels (e.g. depots, hubs).
• Strong knowledge of financial management concepts and operational finance control processes.
• Solid understanding of financial and operational control in large organizations.
• Clear management philosophy and a sound leadership mindset/capabilities.
