1. General Mandate · Handle day-to-day legal matters concerning contracts and legal documentation. · Provide legal support to various departments within the Zalopay service. · Responsible for handling legal issues related to Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Internal Corporate Matters, and requests from authorities. 2. Legal Appraisal, Drafting, and Review · Conduct legal due diligence on partners' documentation, identifying risks and providing legal recommendations. · Review and revise agreements, contracts, and addenda to ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. · Address partner feedback and provide support during contract negotiations when necessary. · Draft new contracts and legal instruments tailored to specific business models or partner requirements. · Prepare correspondence, notices, and other legal documents for internal needs and execute administrative procedures as mandated by law. 3. Advisory and Other Responsibilities · Provide legal counsel to internal departments regarding operational issues and partnership collaborations. · Draft documentation and advise on internal legal matters. · Support the implementation and review of internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. · Coordinate the handling of requests from authorities as directed by the Line Manager. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or higher degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate advisory, contract review, and commercial law is preferred. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to optimize legal workflows. Strong aptitude for legal research, analysis, and the flexible application of statutory provisions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver accurate legal solutions within strict deadlines.
