About CTR CTR is a global automotive parts manufacturer established in South Korea in 1952, specializing in steering, suspension, and drive components. With over 70 years of OE expertise, CTR supplies high-quality products to global automakers and is recognized for its strong quality and reliability. CTR VINA operates both manufacturing and sales functions in Vietnam, supporting global supply and local market development. As CTR continues to expand its Asia aftermarket presence, we are building a stronger regional team to capture new growth opportunities. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive B2B trade marketing activities across Asia from our Vietnam base. This role takes end-to-end ownership of regional marketing execution — from designing and running channel programs to building market intelligence and enabling the sales team with the right tools and content. We are looking for someone who is ready to own the Asia marketing function independently, build programs from the ground up, and grow into a senior marketing leadership role as CTR's regional business expands. Key Responsibilities 1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning • Develop and own the annual B2B marketing plan for Asia, aligned with regional sales targets and business priorities • Define market-by-market activation priorities based on channel maturity, competitive landscape, and growth potential • Track marketing performance against plan and adjust activities to maximize impact and ROI 2. Trade Marketing & Channel Activation • Plan and execute B2B trade marketing programs: promotions, incentive schemes, co-op campaigns, and channel events • Develop channel-specific marketing materials and toolkits to support distributor and dealer engagement • Drive sell-out activities through effective point-of-sale support and channel education • Manage trade show participation and regional aftermarket events across Asia 3. Brand Management & Market Positioning • Ensure consistent brand application across all customer-facing materials and channels in the region • Develop region-specific value propositions and messaging tailored to each Asia market • Collaborate with HQ marketing on brand guidelines, asset management, and campaign alignment 4. Market Intelligence & Insights • Gather and synthesize market intelligence: customer behavior, competitor activities, pricing trends, and channel dynamics • Produce regular market insight reports to support sales strategy and product decisions • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement 5. Sales Enablement & Content • Develop customer-facing content adapted for the B2B aftermarket audience across print and digital formats • Support the sales team with commercial tools and materials for key account and distributor meetings 6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Budget • Work closely with Sales to align marketing activities with business priorities • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and event organizers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget • Own and manage the marketing budget across the Asia region [Requirements] Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or industrial/parts sector is strongly preferred • Proven track record of owning and executing regional marketing programs independently • Strong project management and organizational skills • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and market analysis • Comfortable working independently across multiple markets with limited oversight • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus • Willingness to travel across Asia for market visits and events What We Offer • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives • Clear career development path with opportunities to take on greater responsibility over time • Exposure to regional Asia business and cross-functional collaboration • Close mentorship and collaboration with experienced regional management • Flexible and supportive working environment • Comprehensive health insurance, including private medical coverage is better
