1. Skills / Kỹ năng:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, website management, customer journey, and CRO
- Proficient in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce analytics tools
- Experienced in digital advertising and Performance Marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Good understanding of UI/UX and customer experience optimization
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
2. Experience: 5-10 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or marketplace management, with proven experience in driving online revenue and managing e-commerce platforms
3. Attributes : Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, team player, result-driven
