The position reports to the Business Development Manager and is based in Ho Chi Minh City (including both the office and factory site, with company bus provided). • Build and update a database of architectural consulting firms specializing in villas; evaluate and score them against the ideal customer profile for prioritized engagement • Organize and participate in workshops; connect with architects and expand the network • Provide technical advice on Jotun coating systems; develop technical specification packages, and support specification creation and tracking in the database • Monitor construction progress and update site reports • Manage the point-based loyalty program for architect partners; track accumulated points and tier status (Member, Preferred, Elite Partner), and ensure tier benefits are delivered correctly (paint samples, gifts, event invitations, nominations for the annual trip) • Organize co-branded events with partner suppliers serving high-end villa clients, working closely with Marketing or Trade Marketing • Track and report program performance against KPIs: number of loyal partner firms, number of registered projects (specifications issued), and conversion rate from registration to actual purchase [Requirements] Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior Design, building materials or equivalent Personal qualities: - Design sensibility: genuine interest in design trends, colors, materials, and architectural styles to engage architects on their own terms - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams - Self-directed working style, comfortable managing a long-cycle pipeline independently; an existing network is a strong advantage - Strong skills in presentations, workshops/trainings, and networking within the architect community - Ability to travel for workshops, mock-ups, and meetings with architects and investors What we offer • An international and professional working environment. • Opportunities to work with Regional and Global team. • Continuous learning opportunities and training activities through on-the-job training and our in-house learning Jotun Academy. • Attractive compensation and benefits (13th month salary, performance bonus, allowances, etc.). • Engagement activities (Outing, Teambuilding, Family Day, Sport Day, etc.). • Healthcare for self and your family members. • Overall health (Physical health, Mental health and Social health) programs and activities.
