Role and Responsibility 1, Provide post sale service activities (installation, maintenance, repair…). 2, Improve service skill and knowledge in terms of technology and product changes followed by Service Manager’s requirement. 3, Information record and report to Service Manager in a timely manner. 4, Maintain service tool, van kit, technical documentation in top good condition. 5, Ensure customer satisfaction are achieved within his own Machine in Field (MIF) territory. [Requirements] • Bachelor/College Degree of Technical University, Electrical or Electronic industry • Experience in copier/printer/printing industry is an advantage • English skills in both writing and speaking at medium level • Competent in computer and some common office application software, analytical skill • Logic, responsibility and honesty
