Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. - At least 1 year of experience working on Finance/Banking projects. - Hands-on experience in Mobile Application projects. - Strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. - Excellent documentation skills with proven experience in writing BRD and SRS. - Hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, particularly Business Units. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience using tools such as Jira, Figma, Draw.io, Visio, and basic SQL is an advantage. Responsibilities - Work closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements - Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation. Create and maintain project artifacts, including BRD, SRS, process flows, wireframes, and user guides. - Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Conduct requirement clarification sessions and support backlog refinement. - Perform impact analysis for change requests. - Support SIT, UAT, issue investigation, and production deployment activities. - Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
