- Be responsible for accurate shipping documents and follow up shipment, document status with related parties. - Check, submit and issue all related documents for sea outbound shipments (SI/VGM, AMS/ISF/ENS/AFR ..., Pre-alert, BL, etc...) - Ensure all shipping information and related docs are collected from customers, carriers, agents and share or update to respective partners on-time. - Timely report to Manager if any issue or documents are pending - Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding/logistics. - More details will be discussed during interview. [Requirements] 1. Knowledge - University degree - 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea export documentation handling - US/CA cargo handling experience is a big plus 2. Skills - Good command of English. - Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required - Good management skill and problem solving skill - Excellent Excel is a big advantage. 3.
