• Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations to ensure on-time delivery and service quality. • Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, fuel and toll costs, and truck yard management. • Work directly with customers/vendor to receive/send requests, handle issues, and maintain long-term cooperation. • Assign, monitor, and support OPS staff to achieve performance targets (KPI). • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and legal regulations. • Prepare reports, analyze cost–efficiency, and propose service improvements. • Take charge of tasks such as eport declaration, customs liquidation, container deposit, and other related port matters during container handling. • Perform other duties as assigned by the management. [Requirements] • Male, College degree or higher in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in container trucking/logistics operations. • Solid knowledge of trucking operations, fleet & driver management • Basic knowledge of routes, geography, BOT toll stations, transportation regulations, and compliance requirements for drivers and vehicles. • Strong team management, task allocation, and staff coaching skills. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and data management. • Good command of English in both written and verbal communication. • Willingness to work flexibly during peak seasons.
