We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer with a sharp product mindset and a passion for solving complex problems. This role is designed for someone who excels in UX Design (70%) while being highly capable in UX Research (30%). You will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, ensuring our products are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful. Key Responsibilities 1. UX Design (70%) • End-to-End Design: Own the design process from conceptualization to execution. Create comprehensive user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity wireframes for complex financial features. • Problem Solving: Analyze business requirements and technical constraints to propose elegant design solutions that minimize user friction and cognitive load. • Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to communicate design intent, validate ideas with stakeholders, and conduct usability testing. • Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Engineers. Ensure a seamless handover process by providing clear design specifications and logic documentation. • Product Evolution: Continuously monitor product performance through data and user feedback to iterate and improve the user experience. 2. UX Research & Insights (30%) • Research Execution: Plan and conduct qualitative (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (surveys, A/B testing) research to uncover deep user insights. • Insight Synthesis: Transform raw research data into actionable design recommendations and present findings clearly to cross-functional teams. • Market Analysis: Stay updated on Fintech trends and competitor movements to ensure Zalopay remains a market leader in user experience.  Professional Experience • 2-3+ years of experience in UX Design or a similar role. Experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or complex digital products is highly preferred. • A strong Portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and the impact of your work on real-world products. Technical Skills • Tooling: Mastery of Figma and other prototyping tools. • UI Proficiency: Solid understanding of UI principles, visual hierarchy, and Design Systems. Ability to create clean, high-fidelity wireframes that align with brand standards. • AI Literacy: Proficient in leveraging AI tools to optimize UX research synthesis, content generation, and rapid prototyping workflows.
