Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer account opening and maintenance, including data input and document verification. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of account documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML). • Perform system data entry and support account-related processing in a timely and efficient manner. • Coordinate with RM/ARM for account opening information and document clarification. • Support audit requirements by preparing relevant data and documentation. • Handle customer and account-related inquiries within account opening and maintenance scope, and support auditor confirmation processing. [Requirements] • Vietnamese nationality. • Banking experience is preferred; candidates with relevant experience in finance, administration, or data processing are also welcome. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Good command of various computer programs and applications. • Intermediate proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
