We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Senior Executive with strong expertise in trading operations, shipment handling, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in import–export within the chemical industry (preferred: footwear, plastics, cosmetics, food ingredients, or related chemical sectors). ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Order Management & Processing Accuracy • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with internal stakeholders. • Monitor order status, inventory availability, and fulfilment progress to minimize operational disruptions. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery fulfilment aligned with customer requirements and service expectations. 2. Purchase Order (PO) & Supplier Management • Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely submission to suppliers. • Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedule, documentation (PI, COA, MSDS, packing list, etc.). • Manage both commercial and sample shipments, ensuring proper tracking and documentation. 3. Shipment & Import–Export Operations • Work with freight forwarders on booking, shipping instructions, customs clearance, and delivery to warehouse. • Monitor cargo movement end-to-end: ETD/ETA, delays, customs status, demurrage/detention. • Handle import/export documents in compliance with local regulations. 4. Demand Planning & Inventory Control • Collect sales forecasts and historical data to prepare demand forecast for purchasing. • Monitor inventory level to ensure stock availability while minimizing overstock. • Assist in minimizing stock shortages, excess inventory, and fulfilment risks. 5. Internal Coordination • Work closely with sales, warehouse, finance, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain updated data in ERP system (PO, inventory, shipment status, sample records). • Prepare shipment reports, inventory reports, demand planning reports. • Handle new projects that company assigned [Requirements] Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of experience in import–export; experience in chemicals trading is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, shipping documentation, and customs procedures. Skills • Solid experience in working with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders. • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems. • Good English communication for daily business interaction. • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
