Position Summary
This position is responsible for executing operational tasks and supporting the implementation of Learning and Development (L&D) activities across the Company. Key responsibilities include participating in training needs analysis to identify content aligned with organizational requirements; assisting in learning materials development and training logistics coordination; and tracking progress as well as collecting post-training data to evaluate program effectiveness and impact. Through these duties, the role proactively proposes improvement initiatives to enhance employee performance, contributing to the achievement of the business's human resources objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Training Needs Assessment & Learning Planning
Conduct periodic or ad-hoc Training Needs Assessments (TNA), consolidate training needs, and support the development of annual training plans.
Review performance evaluation results to identify competency development needs and recommend appropriate learning and development actions.
- Learning Program Development & Delivery
Source and coordinate with external training providers and internal trainers/SMEs to develop appropriate learning programs, materials (presentation slides, case studies, job aids, guidelines, etc.), and delivery methods; propose appropriate delivery formats (In-house, Public, Workshop, E-learning, etc.).
Contribute ideas to enhance content and instructional methods for high practical application.
Organize and coordinate end-to-end training activities, including participant communication, logistics, materials, attendance tracking, and course follow-up.
Support or deliver basic internal training programs, such as onboarding and selected soft-skills sessions, where appropriate.
Organize initiatives to foster a continuous learning culture across the company.
- Training Evaluation, Reporting & Data Management
Collect post-training feedback and data (satisfaction surveys, knowledge assessment results, workplace application tracking).
Consolidate and analyze training data (attendance rates, actual training costs, quality evaluation scores, etc.) to prepare periodic or on-demand course reports.
Propose actionable initiatives to improve training quality and operational execution for future programs.
Establish and maintain an organized filing system for training records, materials, assessment results, and training certificates in compliance with company document policies.
- Other Duties
Support succession planning and other talent development programs as assigned.
Participate in reviewing, updating, and standardizing training policies, procedures, workflows, and templates.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding company training policies, procedures, and learning programs.
Perform other tasks and assignments directed by line management.
[Requirements]
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in corporate training and development.
Professional Competencies
- Solid understanding of the core training cycle (ADDIE model or TNA → Planning → Delivery → Evaluation).
- Strong instructional design skills (crafting clean slides and training aids) and meticulous event/class management.
- Basic facilitation and presentation skills with an engaging delivery style.
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven organizational, time management, and flexible problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Good at Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Intermediate in English (mandatory).
- Good coordination skills and teamwork skills.
- Open-minded, active, responsible, and proactive.
Working Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi City
- Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday - Friday (Closed Saturday & Sunday)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
