I. Purpose of the Job Maintain and improve the quality management system's suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness, adapt to changes, and drive sustained performance and customer satisfaction. II. Task Description 1. QMS • Responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems & procedures conforming to IATF 16949 & Global Bekaert quality system • Maintain the quality documentation system in the plant (ETQ system) • Conducting the Quality awareness program for the operators & the quality systems program for the staff • Plan and conduct the internal quality audit programs • Together with SQE, facilitate the customer Audits, Certification Body audit, other audits, and organize actions with other departments to improve non-conformity items • PFMEA, PCP, APQP general control • Coordinate for customer complaint handling (8D), CSRs handling to ensure a timely manner • Change management TPN/PTR/PCR from end to end • Perform LPA, Process audit, SOP audit 2. Product control • Customer specs handling, SKU management, BOM • NC product handling, COA management • Product audit • Finish goods release management • Coordination & follow-up on daily NC system, effective & timely closure of NCs, implementation of effective & efficient CAPA • PPK management 3. Others • Tasks assigned by the supervisor [Requirements] Essential Skill & Competences: • College degree or above • Good English skills in writing/speaking • Good computer skills on office tools, Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook • Analytical and logical thinking • Honesty and interdependence Special qualifications or critical experience: • At least 2+ years of experience on QMS, familiar with IATF16949, is preferred • Automotive industry experience is preferred Location: VSIP - Quang Ngai province Note: Online interview is provided
