1. Smooth handling of all sea (US/CAN)/ air export shipments as per the company’s standard operating procedure. 2. Maintain good customer service relationships with customers. 3. Follow up and control subcontractors during handling door-to-door shipments. 4. Updating customer profiles. 5. Full support of Sales inquiries for achieving sales goals. 6. Complains solving in time 7. Make reports to the Operation Director as requested. 8. Other service tasks assigned by management. [Requirements] 1. Specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade University or Export fields 2. EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of logistics or Import- Export fields, experienced in shipping goods to the US/ Canada. 3.
