JOB PURPOSE: Drive user acquisition and growth through performance marketing channels, optimizing campaigns, budget, and marketing efficiency to achieve business and user growth targets. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: ●​ Develop and execute weekly and monthly paid marketing plans across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels. ●​ Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and day-to-day campaign performance. ●​ Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including Installs, CPI, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Bookings. ●​ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve acquisition efficiency and business results. ●​ Manage and evaluate Affiliate/Agency performance, ensuring campaigns meet agreed KPIs and cost targets. ●​ Manage MMP platforms such as Airbridge and AppsFlyer, including attribution, tracking setup, campaign mapping, and data validation. ●​ Other duties assigned by the Line Manager [Requirements] ●​ 2 - 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing. ●​ Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing. ●​ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and Google Ads with specific budget. ●​ Good understanding of acquisition funnel and marketing KPIs. ●​ Ability to manage budgets, and campaign performance. ●​ Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. ●​ Understanding of mobile attribution, tracking, and campaign measurement. ●​ Experience managing Affiliate or Agency channels. ●​ Experience with MMP platforms such as Airbridge, AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
