1. Cambodia Transshipment - Update planned to connect schedules in advance. - Record actual connection results within one day after cargo departure from the terminal, based on the daily barge schedule provided by vendors. 2. Transshipment Handling from Phnom Penh (PNH) via Cat Lai & Cai Mep Ports - Prepare and manage all required documentation. - Coordinate with POL to obtain Packing Lists. - Verify HBL details with POD agents. 3. Extended Services - Review and validate quotations. - Prepare documentation and arrange all related cargo handling. - Monitor shipments until arrival at the destination. 4. Dangerous Goods (DG) Shipments at Cat Lai Port - Submit required documents accurately and on time. - Track shipment progress until delivery at the destination. 5. Vessel Connection Management - Verify and provide connecting vessel schedules for shipments from PNH via SGN. - Monitor vendor performance and transport progress. - Update connecting vessel information in case of changes or failed connections. [Requirements] University graduated in Maritime Studies, International Trade or relevant major. At least 3 to 5 years’ related experience, Strong knowledge of maritime transport operations and prior experience working at a shipping line is advantages. Strong teamwork skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in English, with specialization in maritime studies preferred, and Chinese required (HSK4 or above).
