- Lead Engineering & Maintenance operations across 3 existing factories while preparing for a new factory expansion. - Drive TPM, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead automation and digital transformation projects (Industry 4.0, PLC/SCADA, IoT). - Manage CAPEX, maintenance budget and critical spare parts strategy. - Build and develop a high-performing Engineering & Maintenance leadership team. - Partner with international equipment suppliers across Europe and Asia for machine upgrades and technical projects. [Requirements] - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related disciplines. - Minimum 10 years' experience in Engineering/Maintenance within continuous manufacturing. - At least 3 years in Head of Engineering, Maintenance Manager or equivalent leadership role. - Strong expertise in TPM, Reliability Engineering, OEE, RCA, FMEA and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance. - Hands-on experience with international production equipment from European or Asian OEMs. - Proven people leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management. - Business English communication.
