• University degree in Business; Economics; Automotive Engineering; Logistics; or related fields• At least 5 years of experience in B2B business development. Experience in electric vehicles; transportation; logistics; or energy required.• Strong knowledge of electric motorbike market; battery technology; operation costs; and ESG benefits.• Experience in contract negotiation and managing large B2B deals.• Strategic thinking; leadership skills; and data-based decision making.• Good communication; presentation; and relationship-building skills.• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.• Experience in startups or fast-growth environments is a big advantage.

1. B2B Market Development Strategy
• Build and implement the market development strategy for electric motorbikes in B2B sectors such as ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce delivery, retail and F&B chains.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to suggest suitable solutions for each business segment.
2. Customer and Partner Development
• Search for and develop relationships with big partners and potential clients.
• Work with financial, insurance, and maintenance providers to create complete solutions for business customers.
• Negotiate and sign contracts to supply electric motorbikes to businesses.
• Build partnerships with startups in mobility, fleet management, logistics, and F&B for long-term cooperation.
• Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and forums to promote AIZEN’s brand in green transportation.
3. Team & Sales Process Management
• Recruit, train, and manage the B2B sales team.
• Design the sales process, set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and assign sales targets to reach business goals.
• Ensure the team understands electric motorbike technology (battery, cost, ESG benefits).
• Track and evaluate the performance of B2B contracts, and report regularly to Leadership.
