POSITION PURPOSE Assist Head of QA in monitoring the safety – quality of Flight and Ground operations. RESPONSIBILITIES General • Assist Head of QA to develop, maintain and regularly update quality standards for flight and ground operations • Coordinate and communicate with CAAV and other authorities/partners on Safety issues • Perform other duties assigned by Head of QA Continuing airworthiness control • Assist Head of QA to maintain the document system related to flight • Assist Head of QA to monitor AOC approval and operation specifications • Take part in projects to apply for new ratings • Take part in FAOC application Safety assurance • Participate in Flight Data Analysis/Monitoring: coordinating with Engineering Department for downloading raw data and work with supplier to analyize raw data. Initial evaluating the FDA report and work with safety pilot to verify the unsafe events • Implement investigation related to flight and ground operations • Perform hazard identification and risk assessment for flight and ground operations • Take part in safety promotion by composing safety notices regarding flight/ground operation issues Quality assurance • Assist Head of QA to control and monitor HAA Technical Library • Perform quality audits, evaluate the compliance with regulations, standards, safety – quality policy of flight and ground operations • Perform quality audits, evaluate the compliance with regulations, standards, safety – quality policy of suppliers Others • Performs any other assignments as defined by the needs of the company or as directed by superiors for time to time • Co-ordinates functions and activities with regional, divisional and TMG staff as appropriate • Implements Management development and succession plans in co-ordination with corporate and recommends high quality Hai Au aviation • Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the aviation industry and determines and ensures execution of competitive programs [Requirements] • Have a bachelor’s degree or higher. • Good at English (TOEIC 500 or equivalent); • (Preferred) Have Engineer Degree related to science and technology • (Preferred) Have basic knowledges or experiences about aviation industry • (Preferred) Previously trained in aircraft dispatcher or have ground service training • Proficient in MS Tools; • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
