Role Overview We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to play a key role in the company's corporate finance activities — including investor relations, fundraising, M&A support, IPO preparation, and banking relationships. You will work closely with senior leadership, external advisors, and financial institutions on high-impact projects that support the company's growth and capital market readiness. Key Responsibilities Corporate Finance & Investor Relations • Support senior management in preparing financial narratives, investor presentations, quarterly updates, and board materials. • Coordinate fundraising activities across equity (private placements, pre-IPO rounds) and debt (bank loans, credit facilities), including data room preparation and investor/lender due diligence. • Support IPO readiness efforts including financial reporting upgrades, internal controls, prospectus preparation, and coordination with underwriters, auditors, and legal counsel. • Assist in M&A processes: target screening, financial modeling and valuation, due diligence coordination, and post-merger integration support. • Help build and maintain relationships with commercial banks, investment banks, and financial institutions. Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives • Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies in Vietnam and SEA. • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decisions on M&A, brand onboarding, and category expansion. • Support the structuring of financial terms in key contracts and conduct competitive benchmarking against industry peers. Performance Management & Insights • Support financial performance tracking, management reporting, and business review processes; help identify key drivers of growth and profitability. • Contribute to data-driven insights across marketing, operations, and supply chain to support decision-making. Stakeholder Management • Serve as a reliable finance partner to internal teams and external stakeholders (investors, banks, auditors, and advisors). • Support cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance. [Requirements] 1. Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is a plus. • Experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory, corporate finance, or private equity is preferred. • Exposure to IPO preparation, M&A, fundraising, or banking relationship management is an advantage. • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus. 2. Competencies: • 7+ years of experience in corporate finance or strategic finance, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG. • Solid financial modeling skills (DCF, comparable companies,… ); familiarity with IPO, M&A and capital markets concepts. • Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
