Job Purpose: Support the Purchasing team in managing procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of materials and services at competitive costs while maintaining quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for parts, materials, and services. • Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. • Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. • Support cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost-saving targets. • Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Quality, Logistics) to meet operational needs. • Ensure compliance with Piaggio’s procurement standards and ethical practices.
