Job Summary: The Expediter is responsible for follow up work progress and shipment of goods for general market component or product which is not purchase as per fabrication / machining drawing included maintain update information in the system. Instruct Shipping Department for arrange shipment when goods/material are ready for delivery Tasks Control of material and part delivery Maintain the accuracy of data in the system Tasks’ Objective Follow up and ensure on-time delivery of material according to delivery/quantity request in purchase order. Expedite/speed up the progress of supplier's production in case or urgent request by production. Give early warning to Buyer/PM when delivery is expected to be delay or have a problem Update the accurate date of ready for delivery status/ Delivery date Follow up / solve any open status of PO with request date expired Key Expected Results Received the material and part on-time and maintain production schedule as per initial plan. Received the material and part with correct quantity and quality as per request. Company can identify in advance if any job need to be re-plan or can be expedite. Company can utilize these information for planning more effectively [Requirements] Willing and able to travel frequently within the country. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or related field (Preference for technical degree). Bachelor's degree in any field 0-3 Years experience in purchasing/planning/ project management or any related field. Direct experience in project expending will be advantage.
