Prepare layouts, mood boards, and installation references, and coordinate setup and final presentation. - Bring concepts to life — Translate approved creative direction into practical, visually compelling displays. Coordinate installations and ensure the final presentation matches the intended story and quality standards. - Manage showroom operation and samples inventory – Manage the daily activities and priorities of showroom staff, cleaning personnel, and maintenance support. Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure products are properly labelled and displayed. - Collaborate across teams — Work closely with the TDD Manager, Product Development, Sales, and other departments. Provide regular updates, photographs, and progress reports. [Requirements] - Proven experience as a showroom designer, visual merchandiser, interior designer, or similar creative role with strong storytelling ability. - Demonstrated ability to build and regularly refresh a cohesive, on-trend showroom with a clear visual story. - Experience identifying global trends and compiling them into trend books or mood boards for furniture, home décor, and lifestyle products. - Ability to support product designers and translate trend direction into product concepts. Hands-on experience selecting products and coordinating production of samples or display products for a showroom. Qualifications & Experience - Background in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Visual Merchandising, Exhibition Design, or a related creative field. - Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. - Interest in using AI tools to support design work, including generating designs, concepts, mood boards, or visual presentations. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. - Good English communication skills (written and spoken) for regular collaboration with the US-based TDD Manager. - Creative, energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on.
