About Bconduct Bconduct is an Israel-headquartered manufacturing and supply chain company serving leading customers in Medical Devices, Robotics, Telecommunications and Industrial Products across the USA and Europe. We're looking for an experienced Senior QC Manager to lead and strengthen our Supplier Quality organization in Vietnam. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people and solving manufacturing challenges. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and develop a team of 6 QC Engineers (4 in Hanoi and 2 in HCMC). 2. Review daily QC priorities, monitor execution and ensure commitments are delivered on time. 3. Build and continuously improve Bconduct's Supplier Quality System, including Control Plans, QC procedures and inspection standards. 4. Review DFM, mold design and manufacturing processes to identify and prevent quality risks before production. 5. Lead supplier quality improvement, root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues. 6. Work directly with factory managers and directors to resolve strategic quality and production issues beyond the authority of QC Engineers. 7. Act as the technical bridge between Israel engineers and Vietnam suppliers. 8. Travel regularly to supplier factories in Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and nearby provinces (50–70% of working time). [Requirements] We are looking for a proactive quality leader with a strong technical background, a builder's mindset and a passion for developing people and improving manufacturing systems. Required Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of hands-on manufacturing quality experience, including at least 5 years in a Quality Management role. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection, including Mold Development, DFM, process optimization and production quality. • Proven experience developing Control Plans, QC procedures and supplier quality systems. • Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement methods using VMM, CMM, Height Gauge, Surface Roughness Tester, Micrometer and other inspection equipment. • Strong English communication skills (Speaking & Writing). • Valid driver's license and regular access to a personal car for frequent supplier visits. Preferred Qualifications • Automotive quality experience, including PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA. • Experience serving Medical Device, Aerospace or Food-grade customers in the USA or European markets. • Experience in CNC Machining and Sheet Metal manufacturing.
