Responsibilities: - Take charge of planning for new products of ceiling fan and ventilation fan in Vietnam. - Conduct market research and market analysis — including demand, trends, customer insights, and competitor information — through market visits, desk research, and customer meetings. - Discuss and decide product details with various stakeholders such as R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, Japan team, and overseas members. - Summarize all related information and documents according to internal planning requirements. - Perform other tasks as assigned [Requirements] - Education: University/ College/ Vocational School - Have 2+ years of experience in either Product Planning/ Engineering/ Marketing - Language: Business English. - Be proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.) - Communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
