Required - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field. - $5+$ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, project management, consulting, or a related role. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities. - Fluency in English. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. - Work independently, Good personality to support public education Preferred - Experience in EdTech, education, digital transformation, or government-related projects. - Experience working with public sector stakeholders. - Knowledge of fundraising, investment, or grant management. - Vietnamese language proficiency. - International project experience.
