KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market & Talent mapping • Mapping talents & market for job orders assigned Job order delivery• Searching candidates for assigned job orders • Phone screening candidates • Complete candidate’s assessments • Coordinate the interview between clients and candidates if needed Market search & Business Development• Research market information & industry knowledge when assigned • Handle initial calls for clients assigned from hotline System management• Upload candidates resume into CRM system Service contract• Support on preparing service contracts when assigned working closely with line manager and legal Others • Support internal & external events • Other tasks when assigned [Requirements] REQUIREMENTS • Undergraduate students • Final year student from relevant background • Previous internship exposure in a corporate environment is required, preferably in Customer Service, Business Development, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or Service Operations. • Good command of English. • Careful at work, highly responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passionate about building a career in the professional service industry. • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. • Ability to communicate with others clearly and confidently • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus • Leader/Member of Student Clubs/Associations is a plus. • Great team player • Result driven • Proficient in MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
