Ensure that personnel records, procedures, and benefits are managed fully, accurately, and promptly in accordance with company regulations and applicable laws; contributing to improved operational efficiency and employee experience.
1. Human Resources Procedures
- Handle procedures for signing probationary contracts, employment contracts, service contracts for collaborators, and other HR procedures arising during the course of employment.
- Ensure that contracts and personnel files are prepared, signed, and completed fully, in accordance with regulations and within the approved deadlines.
2. Personnel Changes
- Human resources procedures were carried out with complete documentation. following the correct process, within the approved authority, and ensuring timely implementation.
3. Managing Human Resources Data and Records
- The human resources information and data management system is updated promptly and accurately. Employee records are stored completely, systematically, and are easy to search.
- Manage and update data on the human resources system; store hard copy and soft copy personnel records as required.
4. Periodic Performance Evaluation
- Implement the plan as assigned by the leadership. Ensure that evaluation results are submitted and approved within the specified timeframe.
5. Welfare Benefits
- Implementing periodic health check-up programs and other welfare programs.
- The welfare system is fully implemented, in accordance with policy, ensuring the rights of employees and timely payment.
6. Welcoming and Onboarding New Employees
- New employees were provided with complete information, documents, and work equipment; the integration process proceeded smoothly and according to plan.
7. Other work
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.
- Complete all assigned tasks fully, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
[Requirements]
- Graduated from university with a degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and wage systems.
- Understanding of legal and public administration procedures, and knowledge of office equipment repair.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in using office computer software.
- Possesses skills in interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Excellent communication and information transmission skills, with the ability to handle situations and resolve issues quickly.
- Personality/Attitude: Honest, sociable, creative, responsible in work.
