SALES ENGINEER Industrial Service & Aftermarket Solutions We are looking for a motivated and technically capable Sales Engineer to support business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver reliable aftermarket and service solutions to industrial clients Job description: 1. Sales • Can doing quotation (RFQs) • Conduct compressor health assessments and propose maintenance solutions • Work on Technical, Commerce with Manufacturers • Negotiate contracts, overhaul projects, and spare parts deals • Continue to follow up the quotations with Customer closely to give customer the best supporting for both Technical clarification and Pricing, Delivery time… until getting order. • Check and negotiate with customers on The Final Contract and pass to other departments to process PO with the Manufacturers. 2. Service Coordination • Manage overhaul projects from quotation to completion • Coordinate with field service partner for on-site execution • Field service activity Reporting 3. Management skills: • Continue to build and maintain the good relationships with customers. 4. Can doing sizing Valves and provide technical solution consulting for customers in an advance. [Requirements] Job requirement: • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in quotation preparation and knowledge of pump, control valve, and safety valve sizing/selection will be an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Chemistry, Electronics, Physics, Food Technology, or other related fields. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Comfortable with English communication (verbal and written) for working with overseas clients and documentation. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Hard working, honest, creative, patient Benefit : - Salary from 10M - 30M (and more, its base on your ability) - 13th salary + Bonus ( 2 times/ year). - PVI Insurance + Social Insurance - 12 full days paid leave - Travel and Training course from oversea factory - Working time: from Monday – Friday ( holiday as per labor regulation) - Will provide laptop for your work.
