KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead & Develop High Performing Teams: • Manage and coach production operators and line leaders to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets. • Build team capability through training, coaching, and development plans. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven working culture. 2. Drive Production Excellence: • Ensure production plans are delivered safely, on time, in full, and within quality standards. • Monitor line performance, identify losses, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. • Lead shift operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives using TPM and Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies. 3. Champion Safety & Quality: • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SHE policies and procedures. • Ensure strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, food safety, and quality requirements. • Lead investigations and corrective actions related to safety, quality, or process deviations. 4. Collaborate Across Functions: • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, SHE, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. • Support the successful launch of new products and manufacturing improvements. • Contribute to factory digitalization, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives. [Requirements] REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering-related majors, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Food Technology, Chemical, Industrial Management or related technical disciplines • Ability to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule Experience: • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, dairy, or consumer goods industries. • Experience in leading frontline production teams or coordinating cross-functional teams. • Hands-on exposure to continuous improvement programs such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence. • Strong understanding of Safety, GMP, Quality Management Systems, and Hygiene standards.
