Act as the first point of contact for internal customers and suppliers in Japanese and English via ticketing tools, email, and phone. Handle inquiries related to indirect procurement, including PR, PO, supplier management, goods receipt, invoices, catalogs, and procurement systems. Analyze requests, identify root causes, provide accurate guidance, and resolve or escalate issues within agreed SLAs. Monitor and follow up on tickets, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and proactive customer communication. Contribute to knowledge management, process improvement, service transitions, testing, and new service implementations. Collaborate with regional stakeholders and support teams while meeting productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and response/resolution targets. [Requirements] - Bachelor degree in related major - Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and service-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with procurement processes, ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is an advantage. - Proficiency in Japanese (N2 and above) and English, both written and spoken.
