Raw Materials Planning - Continually explore the potential in cutting down lead times across mills - Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the mills are made aware of the changes Seasonal Raw Materials Projections - Review exceptions and callouts with CFT. Provide solutions Seasonal Raw Materials Capacity Planning - Responsible for advising all early commitment needs to US Raw Materials Planning / P&S - Communicate brand strategy changes and impact to mills - Align with other categories regarding capacity priorities Seasonal Raw Materials Commitment Management - Engage P&S and US Raw Materials Planning for mill allocation of multi-sourced Raw Materials - Engage P&S and US Raw Materials Planning to prioritize deliveries where capacity constraints exist - Work with brands to make necessary adjustments based on run rate to ensure that agreed allocation is on course Raw Materials Ownership Reconciliation - Allocate RM demand at AOQ, based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills. - Minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure mills capacities are optimally used Undertake any other assignments as required [Requirements] - Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology / Merchandising / Management or similar discipline - 5+ years experience in the apparel industry, including 3 years in Production and/or Capacity Planning - Well organized, analytical, sharp attention to detail, advanced communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure - Should be skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing work. - Advanced MS Office skills including Excel - Excellent command in English (Both spoken & written) - A good team player with a positive attitude and proactive outlook with drive towards excellence - Garment production knowledge / fabric manufacturing knowledge / fabric printing knowledge will be a distinct advantage - Experience in Fast React or a similar planning system will be an added advantage.
