1. Procurement Planning
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor procurement activities and analyze purchasing data to identify compliance risks and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Coordinate and implement centralized bidding processes for common procurement categories across stores to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
2. Internal Inspection & Compliance Support
- Support internal inspection and compliance activities by collecting and consolidating data, preparing compliance reports, and following up on corrective actions with stores and relevant departments.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, issue logs, and action trackers to facilitate management reviews and strengthen internal controls.
- Support the management and maintenance of procurement, contract, and bidding documentation for audit and management purposes.
3. Administrative Process Improvement
- Review existing administrative and general affairs processes to identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development, standardization, and implementation of administrative policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across overseas stores.
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and operational consistency.
[Requirements]
1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, procurement support, operations coordination, or a related function.
- Experience in procurement bidding or tender management is preferred.
3. Required Skills
- Good understanding of administrative processes, procurement procedures, and business operations.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.

- High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability in handling confidential information, documents, and assigned tasks.
