- Responsible for handling pricing and quotation requests from the Sales Team, Overseas Offices, and In-house Customers for U.S. shipments and logistics services. - Responsible for developing and improving the company's pricing capabilities and competitiveness in the U.S. logistics market, with a particular focus on domestic trucking and ocean freight. - Obtaining and negotiating competitive rates from Trucking Companies, Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Freight Forwarders, and other logistics service providers across the United States. - Maintaining and improving relationships with existing carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners. - Proactively searching, contacting, evaluating, and developing new suppliers and carrier partnerships, particularly U.S. domestic trucking companies. - Building and maintaining a strong supplier database covering major U.S. ports, inland locations, and transportation markets. - Supporting pricing for FCL, LCL, Drayage, FTL, LTL, and other U.S. domestic transportation services. - Negotiating rates, free time, accessorial charges, and other commercial conditions with suppliers when required. - Working closely with the Sales Team to provide competitive, accurate, and timely quotations and support the conversion of inquiries into business. - Monitoring quotation results and working with Sales to understand lost/won business and improve pricing competitiveness. - Regularly monitoring U.S. ocean freight and domestic trucking market trends, carrier capacity, rate developments, and market conditions, and taking appropriate action accordingly. - Arranging and attending meetings with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners when required. - Preparing weekly reports regarding pricing activities, supplier development, market conditions, and quotation performance. [Requirements] - Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, procurement, or transportation. - Good knowledge of U.S. domestic trucking, including FTL, LTL, and drayage operations and pricing. - Experience working with Trucking Companies, Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, Freight Forwarders, and logistics service providers. - Good understanding of U.S. ports, inland transportation, and major logistics markets. - Strong knowledge of freight rates, market pricing, carrier selection, and supplier negotiation. - Ability to independently research and develop new carriers and suppliers. - Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple quotation requests efficiently. - Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and capable of taking ownership of the position with a positive and professional attitude. Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday (Rest time: 12:00 to 13:30) Benefits: - 13th-month salary (subject to the company's financial performance) - Rotating Work-From-Home (WFH) schedule with team members every Wednesday (applicable only to employees with official contracts)
