Responsibilities: • Originate and develop new debt capital raising opportunities through proactive client coverage, networking, and strategic outreach across corporate and financial institutions. • Lead and support end-to-end execution of debt transactions, including structuring, financial modeling, valuation analysis, credit assessment, and preparation of marketing materials • Advise clients on optimal financing and capital structure strategies, lead pitches and mandate negotiations to secure new transactions, and perform in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment to ensure transaction feasibility and sound underwriting decisions. • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Product, Sales/Distribution) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution and regulatory compliance. • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to explore opportunities and provide suitable debt products • Monitor and analyze debt capital market trends, interest rate movements, credit developments, and competitor transactions to generate actionable insights for clients and internal strategy. • Maintain high standards of documentation, internal approvals, and transaction records throughout the deal lifecycle. • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall Investment Banking business objectives.
