• Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team, reporting directly to the QHSE Manager. • Develop the Quality Plan and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) in accordance with technical requirements and applicable standards/codes; notify relevant departments of any additional requirements. • Plan quality inspection activities and invite customers to the factory to witness or perform final acceptance on schedule. • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as needed and report non-conformance issues to the QHSE Manager. • Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical recommendations to the Department Head to improve the integrity and reliability of equipment and components. • Track and verify all NCRs, support Management in implementing effective corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of records. • Plan non-destructive testing (NDT) activities, coordinate with third parties performing the tests, supervise their work, and review result reports. • Develop WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and welder/welding operator qualification records in accordance with applicable standards/codes. • Manage and update the WPS/PQR register, welder certification database, and welder list. • Train new staff, welders, fitters, and workers on standards, technical requirements, and production procedures prior to the start of production. • Review all QA/QC reports and coordinate with relevant managers to resolve issues that arise. • Conduct weekly training for QC Inspectors on standards, codes, technical requirements, customer requirements, and production procedures prior to the start of production. • Perform daily factory inspections to monitor and control product quality. [Requirements] • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position preferred, especially in the steel structure/metal fabrication industry. • Willing to work long-term assignments overseas. • Holds UT and MT certification. • Foreign language: Good (able to read and understand technical documents and communicate). • Computer skills: Good or above (proficient in office software; able to use specialized software such as Tekla and CAD if related to drawings). • Skills: + Detail-oriented, careful, and accurate. + Quick learner and adaptable to the job. + Able to work both independently and as part of a team. + Team management skills. + Basic problem-solving ability. • Basic knowledge of quality inspection standards (AWS D1.1, MBMA, ISO 8501-1, SSPC PA2, ASTM A6, ASTM A325M, ASTM A490M, etc.). • Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is an advantage. • Work style: Independent and accurate. • Immediate availability preferred. • Personality: Highly responsible, honest, with strong discipline. • Eager to learn and creative.
