JOB DESCRIPTION Support the Market & Business Intelligence (MBI) team in collecting, consolidating, validating, and analyzing market, customer, project, competitor, and sales information for the Bulk Cement business. The role is structured as coaching and on-the-job training to build capability in market intelligence. • Support collection of market information, monitor competitor activities, maintain competitor databases • Participate in market surveys and site visits alongside the sales team • Support sales performance analysis, consolidate project information, help identify sales trends • Support collection of data for demand forecasting • Maintain dashboards and reports; perform data validation • Collaborate with B2B Sales, Pricing, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams • Follow company data governance and reporting procedures [Requirements] REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field • Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of relevant experience • Strong Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage • Competencies: analytical thinking, attention to detail, learning agility, drive for results, customer & market focus
