Xin Chao Science Edu is an education technology company focused on transforming K-12 public education through AI-powered Smart Classrooms and AI Education Data Platforms. Working closely with public schools, universities, and education authorities in Vietnam, we are expanding our innovative solutions to support digital transformation and improve learning outcomes across the HCMC and the country. Following the successful completion of our pilot program, we are preparing to scale our initiatives through a multi-school Proof of Concept (PoC) program in partnership with MoET, DoET HCM and education stakeholders. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Chief of Staff or Business development manager to work directly with the CEO and help drive the company’s next phase of growth. Trách nhiệm công việc: - Start Date: Immediate / ASAP - Location: Ho Chi Minh City (Hybrid) - Reporting Line: Directly reports to the CEO (Jung So-yun) - Compensation: VND 18–29 million/month for mid-level candidates VND 30–35 million/month for strong candidates with relevant experience and proven track record Additional performance-based compensation tied to KPI achievement - Working Hours: Flexible schedule within one of the following shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Occasional Saturday work may be required depending on business needs Position Summary - The Chief of Staff & Business Development Manager will serve as the CEO’s strategic partner, supporting business growth, partnership development, fundraising activities, and project execution. - This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including education authorities, universities, schools, technology partners, investors, and government agencies. - The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, execution-oriented, and passionate about education innovation. Key Responsibility - Mission: Support the expansion of AI Smart Classroom and AI Education Data Platform initiatives across Vietnam’s public education sector by driving strategic partnerships, business development, fundraising initiatives, and project execution, while accelerating the company’s growth and long-term impact. Strategic Planning & Business Development - Support the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments. - Develop business plans, proposals including government proposals, and strategic presentations. - Identify and pursue business opportunities within the education sector. - Support expansion initiatives and commercialization strategies. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with education authorities, universities, schools, and industry partners. - Coordinate partnership discussions, negotiations, and follow-up activities. - Support the preparation of MOUs, partnership agreements, and collaboration frameworks. - Represent the company in meetings, workshops, and industry events when required. Fundraising & Investor Relations - Support fundraising activities, including investor research and outreach. - Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial materials. - Identify strategic funding opportunities, grants, CSR programs, and impact investment initiatives. - Coordinate investor meetings and follow-up actions. CEO Office & Strategic Execution - Work closely with the CEO to prioritize strategic initiatives. - Prepare briefing materials, reports, and executive presentations. - Track key projects, milestones, and action items. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure execution and accountability. - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Form the team Project Coordination & PoC Management - Support the implementation and monitoring of multi-school PoC projects. - Coordinate project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. - Prepare project reports and impact assessments. Yêu cầu: Required - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, project management, consulting, or a related role. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities. - Fluency in English. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. - Work independently, Good personality to support public education Preferred - Experience in EdTech, education, digital transformation, or government-related projects. - Experience working with public sector stakeholders. - Knowledge of fundraising, investment, or grant management. - Vietnamese language proficiency. - International project experience.
