Manage and provide support to the operations department in handling vessel operations. Respond to ship owners/ ship masters and principals’ inquiries such as port information, port restriction/ PDA/ and give quotation for crew change/ ship repairing/ provision stores supply or others etc. Ensure smooth co-ordination between WPS and shippers/ consignees/ terminals/ stevedores. Deep knowledge and experience of shipping and vessel operations, husbandry services for at least 3 years. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able/ willing to work odd hours including weekends/ public holidays. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
