YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure Accessories/Packaging delivered in qualified quality, with committed supply service • Accessories/packaging developed in qualified quality on time • Lead projects with Suppliers to increase & mantain their performance • Ensure my Suppliers adapt minimum Decathlon's compliance requirements in Social Responsibility - Environment - Quality • Plan & push Global to Local projects • Be the part of a dynamic worldwide network, I will continuously interact with Suppliers, Internal customers and Worldwide Accessories/Packaging team [Requirements] YOUR REQUIREMENTS:: • Intrapreneurship: Taking full ownership of your projects, balancing global-local strategic sense with bold decision-making and a high-performing spirit • Strong Supplier Relationship: You know how to build trust and work effectively with suppliers to get the best results • Strong Project Management: You can manage multiple tasks at once, keep projects on schedule, and lead internal & external teams to success • Proven Experience & Technical knowledge (Accessories / Component industry experience is a massive plus) • Good communication: You communicate with clarity and confidence in English. Chinese is a plus.
