1. Overview of Position The Personal Assistant provides administrative, coordination, and Korean-English language support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities and business communications. 2. Key Responsibilities • Provide Korean-English translation and interpretation support for the General Manager, including documents, contracts, reports, and business correspondence. • Act as the communication bridge between the General Manager and Korean clients, partners, and stakeholders during meetings and business discussions. • Review and prepare documents before submitting them for the General Manager's approval and signature. • Maintain, organize, and archive business documents and records. • Prepare meeting materials and relevant documents for meetings, events, and seminars. • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager. • Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and prepare meeting reports when required. • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. [Requirements] • Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, English, Interpretation and Translation, or a related field. • Fluent in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above). • Experience in Korean-English interpretation and translation. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Professional, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
