Due to the expansion of the business, there is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced designer to join our team in Hanoi office. This is an individual-contributor role - with strong, senior-level design skills who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision. What You'll Do • Design a wide range of visual assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital and print content, and campaign visuals • Translate briefs and concepts into polished, on-brand designs • Work closely with the creative director across all design projects and adhere to strict timelines set by the studio coordinator • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams • Provide creative input and design solutions • Ensure design consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints • Present and explain design concepts clearly to the creative director and design team members [Requirements] What We're Looking For • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, print, digital campaign, website) and highlighting problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus. • Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) - required for daily collaboration with international stakeholders • A keen eye for detail and commitment to design quality • No leadership or people-management experience required - this role is focused purely on design craft Nice to Have • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing • Familiarity with branding and identity design projects • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environment Benefits of joining our team • Professional development opportunities and continuous learning programs. • Vibrant company culture with a focus on teamwork, creativity, and innovation. • 12 days annual leave in first year, increase to 15 days from year 2, Annual leave valid until 30th June next year • Birthday leave, Christmas leave • Sick leave - 5 days paid without lodgement with social insurance. • 13th month salary • Private health insurance, annual health check • Social insurance on full salary after probation • Working days Monday – Friday, off for Saturday and Sunday • Reward and Recognition - Company sponsored trips and events • State-of-the-art equipment: laptop, monitor, and headset.
