[Requirements] Main Responsibilities: - Support design and content creation for internal communications related to Talent Acquisition, Benefits, D&I, and Wellbeing programs. - Support HR internal events and workshops, including awareness campaigns. - Provide travel support by coordinating with travel agencies and requesters to ensure timely arrangements. - Assist in delivering gifts, recognition items, and event materials to employees. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager. Do you have what it takes? - Third- or final-year university student. - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop (if available). - Strong artistic skills and creative design thinking. - Proficient in English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
