About Bconduct Bconduct is an Israel-headquartered manufacturing and supply chain company managing production through a network of suppliers across Vietnam. We serve customers in Medical Devices, Robotics, Telecommunications, Food Equipment and Industrial Products for the USA and European markets. We're looking for 02 Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) in Hanoi and HCMC who enjoy solving manufacturing challenges, working directly with suppliers and ensuring products meet international quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Perform product inspections, production monitoring and process verification at supplier factories. 2. Review drawings, specifications, Control Plans and inspection requirements before production. 3. Operate inspection equipment including VMM, CMM, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Caliper and other measuring equipment. 4. Identify quality risks, support root cause analysis and verify corrective actions. 5. Monitor production progress and report quality or delivery risks proactively. 6. Work closely with factory QC, production teams and Israel engineers to resolve technical issues. 7. Prepare inspection reports and provide daily project updates. Working Locations Hanoi Position • Office-based at Sanaky Building, No. 22 Tran Thu Do Street, Hoang Liet Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi. • Regular visits to supplier factories across Northern Vietnam. HCMC Position • Remote / Home-office based. • Travel approximately 50–70% of the working week to supplier factories, primarily in Nha Be District, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone and nearby areas. [Requirements] We are looking for engineers who are hands-on, proactive and able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of hands-on manufacturing QC experience. • Able to read 2D/3D drawings and understand GD&T. • Able to independently operate precision measurement equipment (VMM, CMM, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Caliper, etc.) to perform product inspection and dimensional verification. • Good English reading to understand and discuss technical topics Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Plastic Injection and CNC Machining. • Experience serving Medical Device, Aerospace or Food-grade customers for the USA or European markets.
