Your Job As a Plant Planner, you will be responsible for supporting effective plant planning by managing material planning, production planning, production control, and shipping planning activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring production readiness, aligning supply and manufacturing plans, supporting cost-effective factory operations, and enabling smooth coordination between internal departments and related entities. What You Will Do • Coordinate plant planning activities, including material planning, production planning, production control, and shipping planning to support smooth factory operations. • Review shipping demand from ERP and initiate material purchase requests to ensure production requirements are properly supported. • Convert planned orders into production orders and release production plans to Operations teams for execution. • Monitor material schedules and work closely with relevant teams to identify risks, align mitigation options, and support timely production execution. • Optimize order sequencing to help minimize changeover and setup time, contributing to more cost-effective manufacturing operations. • Use supply plan outputs as key inputs for short-term execution decisions and capacity alignment. • Collaborate with network supply planners to understand supply risks, evaluate available options, and support approved actions to ensure capacity readiness. • Update delivery schedules and provide visibility on gaps between the supply plan and projected manufacturing output. • Analyze key drivers of supply chain volatility and provide insights that support better planning decisions. [Requirements] Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • University degree in a relevant field. • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, and a responsible working attitude. What Will Put You Ahead • Degree or academic background in Economics or a related field. • Experience using ERP systems and/or Power BI. • Ability to generate improvement ideas and take initiative in planning-related activities.
